My best friend.....
I know this will seem odd...but I just talked to my best friend for the first time in a almost a year. We have this awesome relationship where we can not talk to each other in a while and still the next time we talk to each other it seems like we just saw each other yesterday. I love L like my sister and we have gone thru both good and bad things together. Last xmas I got a call that she was engaged and would I like to stand up for her. I was so happy for her and of course said yes. Well we both soon after moved; phone numbers, new addresses and email addresses were changed or lost in the process and we lost contact with each other. I had been trying to find her for the last couple of months, and sounds like she has been trying to do the same. Yesterday I get a call from my aunt, that she had run into her; my aunt was given a new cell phone number to give me. So I called and left her a message, and got a return call this morning. We chatted for a while, and exchanged e-mail addies again so we don't lose each other again.
Our chat finally turned to the wedding, the date of which has been pushed back, and of which I am still part of. So during my xmas trip back to WI I will be going in for a dress sizing so they can order my dress.
This is the dress I will be trying to squease my way into come july.... 
I think she did a nice job on the color, and the dress style will be look ok on me, I think. But *sigh* I will have to get back on the "Healthy Lifestyle Plan" as quickly as possable for me to feel comfy in that dress come july. Her dress has the same burnt orange color on it as the bridesmaids...
I think her dress is awesome and can't wait to see her in it. I will be driving up a little more often to help her out with some of the wedding stuff in the next couple of months.
